Supernatural Forces in Spiritual Warfare: Wrestling with Dark Angels is a compilation of keynote speaker presentations in an important symposium that was a public legitimizing of academic pursuits in fields related to the supernatural power of God both for local church ministries and for world evangelization. Topics include: Power Evangelism: Definitions and Directions by John Wimber We Are at War by Ed Murphy Deception: Satan's Chief Tactic by Timothy M. Warner. We live in a day when the Holy Spirit is speaking strongly to the churches about aggressively retaking the dominion over creation that Adam forfeited to satan. Dr. Wagner examines the role spiritual warfare played in Christ's ministry and among His first followers and applies it to today's battle.\r\n\r\nOther Notes: Previously published as: Wrestling with dark angels : toward a deeper understanding of the supernatural forces in spiritual warfare \/ C. Much of this has to do with the patient's attitude toward himself, his physician, the world as a whole. Cousins again and again emphasizes the importance of having a positive attitude, a hopeful and joyful outlook on life. He especially warns against the dangers of panicing and subjecting oneself to undue stress. He as a highly curious, and also very social person knows many of the major heart- researchers personally. This work also thus tells about his meeting with, and learning from them. He stresses again and again the importance of the physician caring for the patient. He speaks about how many technicians of medicine fail their patients by ignoring their 'human' side. Cousins comes across as an extremely likeable and friendly person, one whose aim is to truly help others. He is also a very good writer, and the work flows and is a pleasurable read.?The lessons he teaches here have become 'commonplace truths' though they were less so at the time of his writing. I suspect many readers of this work will come away from it with an improved sense of the proper way to deal with illness.\n\nPublished in: NEWYORK\n\nPhysical description: 302 pages ; 22 cm","bookEdition":null,"offers":{"@type":"Offer","availability":"https:\/\/schema.org\/OutOfStock"}}},{"@type":"ListItem","position":6,"item":{"@context":"https:\/\/schema.org","@type":"Book","name":"The promise of grace","author":"Bryan,C.","isbn":"0801063701","publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Baker Book House"},"datePublished":"2001","inLanguage":"English","description":"Published in: Grand Rapids, Mich.\n\nPhysical description: 173p","bookEdition":null,"offers":{"@type":"Offer","availability":"https:\/\/schema.org\/OutOfStock"}}},{"@type":"ListItem","position":7,"item":{"@context":"https:\/\/schema.org","@type":"Book","name":"The psychological society : a critical analysis of psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and the psychological revolution","author":"Gross, M.
